GREAT PRACTICES ARE ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL TO A GREAT LIFE
For virtually all people this is the key to a newly wonderful life, as it helps create a new foundation of health, calmness, happiness, and power. These become really easy as you practice them, and in turn they make life easier AND more productive, freeing up time and energy for what will increase one's happiness even more.
And in a sense many of these are beneficial psychologically as they represent an honoring and caring for oneself. Read the piece Extreme Self Care and do the practices suggested to create nurturing and peace and feeling very good about life.
THE MOST POWERFUL PRACTICE OF ALL
The practice of making sure that one is grounded and centered first, so that one operates powerfully in life with great perspective. One of the tools for doing that is using the Reminders Notebook in the daily grounding and centering practice.
