THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE
'YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 30 DAYS"

30 DAYS - THAT'S ALL!

Ted.com:  Matt Cutts, Try Something New For 30 Day. Free video (3:27)

"You can do anything for 30 days."
                 "Small changes = Sustainability."

Is it 1 day, 21 days (said to be the time to develop a new habit), 30 days (a convenient to keep track of time), or 45 days (most likely the correct amount of time to assure physical brain rewiring for a 'habit')?
(Read Habits.)

In this, we'll simply give it a go for 30 days and list a few alternatives, so that I have some place to go back to for my next 30 day challenge.

It's both a game, to make time more meaningful, and a means of "self-improvement".  Give it a shot.

They accumulate!  (And otherwise you'd just have spent 30 days, with nothing added.  So don't be impatient!)

Print this page out and then add in your own list or, better yet, set up a page in your computer.

Or do "self-improvement" for 30 days:

Or just enter "30 Days" in Amazon books and try vocabulary building, getting buff, a diet, etc.
