SOLVE ALL PROBLEMS!
This section lays out how to approach and solve problems.
We start with identifying at least all the major problems that ordinarily have a negative emotional effect. We most probably will need to identify the misbeliefs, or any negative beliefs, as they are the cause of both actual errors and negative emotions, which we must not tolerate in our lives, period!
While you can apply this to any one problem, your first task is most likely to make a list of at least 5+ problems you would like to solve, including beliefs you have that are negative about yourself and/or your life.
You should, of course, familiarize yourself with the concepts and facts discussed below, noting particularly the generation of ideas to apply to creating solutions.
YOU MUST MASTER THIS TO LIVE A GREAT LIFE!
"You must be a master in problem solving if you are to live a great life. Nothing else works."
The BuddhaKahuna
If you don't know how to solve problems, you'll have alot of unsolved problems. (Not good!)
Create a solid understanding of the problem solving process and then master its use by using the guidance of selected forms from the Forms Directory.
NECESSARY "FORM"
Just a little bit of writing and using a systematic process does wonders!
Why in writing? Because that is what works. Oral most often does not work; it is the lazy way "out" (of trying to use a shortcut). (See Why Put It In Writing.)
THE PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS, SIMPLIFIED
What results do I want? --> What is the reality? --> Plan steps --> Act
Identifying "reality" starts with properly identifying "what happened", including what caused it, as you want to change the cause if you want to change the result.
Then, don't conjure up a way/method to solve a problem each time. Use the forms in the Forms Directory to guide you through the process, selecting the form that fits the depth you want to go into.
HOW TO ASSURE YOU PROBLEM-SOLVE REGULARLY AND COMPLETELY - AND SKYROCKET YOUR LIFE
Set up in a loose leaf notebook, a copy of the list below (highlight it and then print "selection") and copies of all of the forms you've selected to use so that you have them immediately accessible for perusing and using. (Don't reprint all the forms, as you can find them on the site when needed. Print those you'll use most often.
DON'T REFIGURE OR RE-SOLVE OVER AND OVER AGAIN
You'll find that as you solve problems immediately and completely that you will (duh!) have few unsolved problems.
But some problems pop back up in life, so you "get to" solve them (close the gap) again. But never start from scratch, as you will have done the work to solve them before. You will have a series of steps used in solving them. Such a series is called a "system". If a system works it will produce the desired results. If for some reason the system you designed (or copied) fails to produce the desired results, then you need to tweak it (correct a step or two) so that it does work. (Of course, you write all of this down and keep it in an accessible place.)
DON'T REINVENT WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN INVENTED
Most problems have already been solved and thus a system will have been designed.
Look for those and then copy them, tweaking what you need to.
Believe you me, the problems humans have have already been experienced and solved by others. You are not some anomaly. You are just another human being (a machine) which learns either incorrect information or correct information. If the information is incorrect or missing, then we simply need to correct or acquire it - there is no fault, there is only missing information or not yet corrected information.
CONTENTS OF THIS QUICK OVERVIEW/PERSPECTIVE
Problem is just a gap
The pieces are always...
Doing what is needed - or not

A PROBLEM IS JUST A GAP
Problem = Gap between What Is And What Is Wanted
An undesired outcome is often called a "breakdown", thus the forms above.
Problem Solving Process = Whatever helps close the gap
THE PIECES ARE ALWAYS - A SIMPLE LIST
Define
What happened
Are the facts proven and true? (If not, find the proven facts.)
Is what occurred logical and in a logical sequence or pattern?
The cause (behaviors, attitudes, ways of being, self talk, beliefs)
The effect (payoffs, costs, impact, consequences)
Why, or in what way, is the current state not what I want
What results do I want - define
Generate possible solutions
Investigate, learn as needed
Evaluate
Select best alternative
Commit/agree
Specify (decide) what one is committed to and agreements
Plan, action list
List all that is to be done, with dates
DOING WHAT IS NEEDED - OR NOT
If someone does not want to go through this process, then they are saying the cost of the effort is not worth much and they prefer to keep the problem.
People with problems, obviously, are people who haven't solved problems. If someone has ongoing problems in anything, this is a wake up call to get into gear and solve these, so that you are not repeating the bad effects over and over. Doing a little bit of work on these is, believe you me, much easier than reexperiencing that same problem over and over.
WHERE LEARNING AND COMPLETION COME IN - TO ELIMINATE ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS
Be convinced of the necessity for learning life, instead of just going through it.
Understand it.
And you'll arrive at "enlightened" and happy.
