PHILOSOPHY RESOURCES
BUILDING A FOUNDATION FOR LIVING LIFE AND FOR ONE'S PSYCHOLOGICAL PEACH OF MIND

THE OVERLAP

In case you didn't notice, there is a tremendous overlap between philosophy and living a good life.  Philosophy forms the foundation for a healthy psychology and for a happy life.  See Life - Philosophy section for a discussion about this.l

Philosophy also overlaps and is connected to "peace of mind", which in turn overlaps with certain physical techniques that affect the mind and emotions.  See under psychology, Peace Of Mind and also Managing The Mind, along with Managing Emotions.   All of those three have similarities, you will find, as you learn more and find it becomes a part of you.
