THE ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS FOR LIFE SUCCESS
FOR LIVING A LIFE OF GRACE, EASE, AND HAPPINESS

See discussion which follows this.  Click the red underlined links to see more detail.

# 1.  Decide - "Decidio": cut off other options.

Decide what success is in your life.

# 2.  Commit - To bind yourself to do all that is necessary

     Make a written commitment.

# 3. Implement With Discipline, Focus - Committed action

Plan, and learn, based on a systematic program
Discipline to stay on the "path" is the necessary "gap closer" - Without it, there is only wishful
           hoping.

Easy to say, but it can be hard to do.  One must follow the "path".

To get a Masters Degree in Life, we must learn quite a few pieces and spend a lot of spare hours to do so.

This degree is a bit like an automobile, except that it is a vehicle to success, where you've got to know where you're going and you have to have all the pieces: an engine, tires, gas tank, etc. - there are no workable shortcuts. Those who think they've found a shortcut virtually invariably end up with alot of wasted time and a lot of ups and downs.  You've got to become a master in life success, just like you've got to become a master in any other area to be a success.

Keep following the path and one day you'll find yourself a huge success.  Progress seems slow at first.  Why do I have to learn all of this crap?  Well, in mathematics you have to learn how to add, then multiply, then do algebra and complex problems, and then do quadratics, and then you get to black hole formulas.  You can't skip steps that are cumulative and required for the next level.

Life just seems to some like it is simpler than mathematics and that it can be learned haphazardly.  T'ain't so.  That's a major mistake.

So we've got to do the whole path, but since we're doing it, we can do it systematically and with only the right expertise and we'll get there much sooner and much, much better.

And we've got to follow the "laws", where we must pay a price to get whatever we want.  The glamour and appeal of The (misinterpreted) Secret was that one could simply attract what one wanted by one's mind vibrations.  But even Esther Hick's more detailed version of the Law of Attraction said one must invest a lot of effort in moving one's thought level to a higher level before one would stop sabotaging success.  Yes, the law is generally correct, as good attracts good, but it takes a lot of mind training and it takes the acceptance of the fact that not all outcomes are controllable.

Yes, there are a lot pieces to the path, but there are also a lot of spare hours to learn them.  We first learn what the necessary path for success is.  Then decide if you are willing to do what is necessary to go to the end of the road.

THE PATH

A path always has a beginning, a middle (which is most of it) and an end point, after which you choose another path to the next destination.  If you don't know where you are and you haven't determined what success in life, for you, is, then there can be no path - and you will wander fairly aimlessly and live much less of a life.

And without defining "successes" along the way, you'll not be happy, as you'll just be waiting for the long term success end points - which is a very bad strategy!

                      <--              THE PATH                     -->

DESCRIPTION                   SUCCESSES                            LONG TERM
  OF WHERE                      ALONG THE                               SUCCESS
    I AM                                   WAY                                      DEFINED

The successes along the way are experienced when you do what is beneficial and/or when you are the way you want to be.  Although some successes "out there" are needed to have you feel good about what you are doing, those successes should be toward reasonable, achievable goals that are not dependent on others, which you can reach on your own - and these are pretty much guaranteed if they are correctly identified, deemed controllable, and defined.

See "Defining The Path", so you can also see how you have lots of successes along the way.

ALONG THE "PATH" FOR SUCCESS (AND HAPPINESS)

All of these are, if you look at the logic, are necessary.  No shortcuts or miracles.
