YES, WE CAN CONTROL MOST OF LIFE!

Yes, we can't control everything, but what we can control has an immense impact on our lives.   Even a massive accident, disfigurement, great loss(es) in almost every case do not put us at a low ability to control these things.  See People I Admire, People Who Inspire, especially the link to W. Mitchell and the section where bad things happened to people but they still had a good life (Bad Past, Good Life).

The mass of what we can control is much greater than the effects of what we cannot control.

Of course, many people say things like "well, that's just not me" or "it's never worked out" - all of which are false and are only justifications.   But ALL people can learn this, unless virtually incapable brain wise.

MY TIME

My schedule - Planning to put in what is most important and to delete that which contributes little.  This is the most productive, most valuable thing you can do, for it determines all of what goes into your life.

See the planning times that one should tickle
Daily, Weekly, Monthly (at one of the weekly sessions), Quarterly, Yearly

I choose the job that allows me the right amount of time.  I choose what makes me sufficient money and I balance off my time and my expenses so that I have enough time left over for me.

MY PRACTICES

Key ones to build into my schedule:  Exercise, Daily Centering/Empowering (affirmations, declarations, meditation, relaxation)

MY PHYSICAL HEALTH AND ENERGY

Though there are some random occurrences and occasionally an accident or genetically determined handicaps, I can totally control my health.  My weight, my rest, my muscle tone and endurance, my health care (I may have to assert myself and also learn what to do),

MY VALUES, MY DIRECTION/PURPOSE

You must clearly delineate your values, as they will guide you to what works.  Controlling yourself so that you run your life based on doing what produces value to you is the key to having a happy life.

MY BELIEFS, MY PHILOSOPHY

You can control, though it takes time and development and following a path, your beliefs.  Accordingly, you should get rid of all untrue beliefs (at least the major ones), including, of course, those beliefs that are destructive and cause unhappiness.

Also, you can free yourself from needing approval and/or being dependent, so that you can do anything in your life that you want, without justifying it.  You can paint your own blank canvas to create whatever you want, such as a masterful life.

WHO'S IN MY LIFE

Except perhaps for family, where you can only control the amount of time, and some required interactions at work (which you can change), you totally control who is in your life - and you should.  It's your life.  And you should only allow the highest and best supporters, positive thinkers, progressive thinkers, and people you enjoy being with, who have good habits that you can emulate.

Other than for a limited, selective social need, one can create non-present individuals being in one's life, through reading biographies and books by them - limitless opportunity!

MY SKILLS, MY CAREER

I choose what is worth developing.
I choose what will assure me of a good job where I contribute good value and earn a high amount per hour.
I choose to develop skills in parenting, relationships, time management, life management (especially problem solving).

MY EDUCATION, MENTAL STIMULATION

I have time to take courses in what I want to learn and to do activities that are stimulating, such as topical meetings and groups, even reading.  There are plentiful opportunities - build the planning for this into your planning sessions.

MY LEISURE AND RECREATION CHOICES

Choose the exact amount of social time with others and time in group activities that stimulate the mind.
