"Ah, said the skunk when the wind changed, it all comes back to me now."
The shouldas, the regrets, the not dones, etc. and etc. that sap energy, enthusiasm, and aliveness are not necessary nor is there any more comfort in not doing them - the comfort of laziness or avoidance is an illusion. The decision to manage your time well or very well is vital to living a good life.
"I choose to sail my ship to where I want to go. I shall not live a rudderless life!"
"If there is anything to get expert in, this is it - for it leads to all of it!"

What do I need/want most? + How do I get there? = Time management
LIVING BY CHOICE OR BY DEFAULT
How you spend your most valuable resource is what determines the value of your life and creates your happiness.
You can spend it well, on purpose, with directed energy, no regreats, and lots of happiness.
Or you can live it haphazardly, and ultimately with many regrets and less than desired results.
Choosing and deciding ahead of time how you want to live your life is the only justifiable way of living - all else is a terrible waste of the gift.
MORE EFFICIENT, BUT MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE
You can be very efficient, but you'll get far more out of life by being effective. If you use good time management, you will become more efficient as a by-product, but if you don't use the criterion of effectiveness you'll have missed the whole point - and the greatest benefit.
And, interestingly, good time management makes life much easier, much more fulfilling, much more healthy, and alot more enjoyable - and happier, by far.
feel better about self and life, anxiety drops, lif e is improved in content, moe capable
focus time, rest, need for distraction inspiration, no such need, fired up, eating , time for reflection, never waking up tired
does it need to get done at all, necessary or diversionary off path....know your path? what decision here would really benefit me?
