THE CURRENT OPERATING BOOK
This is designed to supplement other systems by having easy reference pages and sections for your daily operating needs. In the Table of Contents are sections and subsections designed so you'll have a place for everything. While some of the same forms could be in other notebooks, they would be brought into this one whenever they are useful for more current referenceability.
Note that it is vital to your productivity to do at least weekly planning.

NOTEBOOK
TABLE OF CONTENTS AND ORGANIZATION
This section puts this in order so you can use it easily and effectively.
Organizing the at-your-finger-tips filing system.
Table of Contents for the Notebook Format - This can be used flexibly, e.g. the filing system
can be a part of it, just in a separate location from the notebook, where the less-often-
referred-to items may be kept. Always put a printed copy of the Table of Contents at the front of
the notebook.
Blank forms - It is best to keep extra blank forms if you fill them out off the computer, so that they
are easily accessed. Labelled by form name and number in a section you coulc call
something like Operating Time Forms.
Labelled dividers - Since this is a notebook which would be used frequently, I prefer the labeled
dividers, with the abbreviated name and the numbers shown on the tab, very neatly done though.

I put the task types, categories (see next item) stapled onto the inside of the
task section dividers. I divide the to do's that are printed out into two dividers:
scheduled tasks and master (unscheduled) tasks, as those are the two
printouts from Outlook.
Organization systems for to do's
to do's, one can sort by type of task and/or the area it is in. This is
a copy of the abbreviations I use to identify the areas for sorting.
Longer term

rated quarterly but sometimes done yearly.
