Energy, tiredness -

   No day tired
       
   Each day start off rested, with high energy, stretching and moving for energy before start day
   [When I am tired, I make bad decisions and live less of a life.  I don't enjoy the tired feeling.]

   I take rejuvenation days.

No bad foods (plenty of good foods that taste good and are satisfying)

   None in the house or handy in any way.

No irrelevant useless activities (My List Of Useful And Useless Activities)

No deviations, distractions, etc., outside of the time set aside for such - Zero!  I stay on the key items only
    and I note down on a pad what distractions might be interesting (when it is time for them)

Greater mastery, persist on a straight path.  Do only that which I will use at a higher level.  Such as only read several books on one subject to go to better mastery, write around that to a good "finish" level.
