CREATING IT ALL COMING TOGETHER


MY INTENTIONS FOR 2010/2011

To be creative and synergize great wisdom into practical usable chunks that create great results for the user and which inspire them to support what I am doing, such that I can build that into a huge beneficial avalanche leading toward the creation of the Life Management Alliance Institute, leading into partnering with excellently aligned resources.

To remember that life is for happiness and to play in the process, inspired by my great search and discoveries and by what I create.


MY WAY OF BEING that supports the life I want to lead and the results I want to produce in the world for myself and others.

Strong, in fortitude

Centered, generating strong energy from my solar plexus such that it reaches myself and others

Consistent, gaining each day, creating the "slight edge"

Powerful, being at cause in all matters, with nothing more powerful than me in my life

Compassionate, projecting safety and acceptance toward all


MY GOALS FOR 2010

Production goals (that which I have control over creating)

       Synthesize 10 ebooks of material that are effective in people's lives.

To finalize my plan and practices in the health area, such that they can be maintained for my life and be useful to others.

To hit and maintain thereafter
    A weight of 200 to 208, by 12/31/10..
    A B/P of 120/80, with an HDL of 50+, by 12/31/10
   
Media goals

To study and learn how to create a very usable, appealing website that can contribute to at least 1,000 individuals this year and 100,000 or more people next year - and to create an easy system that will allow for keeping that going. 

Alliance goals

To decide and begin to gather more resources to partner with.

Planning goals

To plan out the next 10 years of my Institute functioning.

System goals

Tree outline systems set up for complex projects/info, with good format that doesn't have to be readjusted.

Clean-up and organization goals

Completed file system set up and implemented.
Spectacularly functioning office and use of maximal systems
100% clean desk at least once a week, targeted 3+


MY PRACTICES AND RITUALS FOR 2010 that will support me in realizing that which I seek and who I am committed to being.

To meditate for at least 5 minutes every day.
To release deeply at least 5 times a day, aiming for being released 99% of the time
To stretch for at least 5 minutes every day.
Aerobic and weight lifting at least 30 minutes a day, for a minimum of 4 days a week.
To get up at a set time each day, regardless, that is early and puts me ahead of the curve.
To nap for at least 5 minutes 4 times a day (or 20 minutes), to maintain a refreshed feeling of aliveness and alertness


MY RULES AND STANDARDS

To, for the rest of my life, not eat gratuitous sugar or refined carbs at all, except for a tasting sample.
To not tolerate feeling negative stress for more than a minute a day; such a non-negative stress is justified by the nature of my life.
