Breathing
Push every last bit of breath out of your body, with every last muscle. Hold as long as you can and then just relax and let it all flow in, opening up all nooks and crannies in your stomach and upper chest, raising your shoulders to suck in the maximum.
Do this four times.
Then close one nostril with a finger and just breathe normally, writing down every idea that comes to mind (with a green light accepting even crazy ideas).

Quick shallow upper chest breathing evolved to have our mind be at its sharpest, with your electric brain wave cycle speeding up.
Stand feet shoulder-width apart and put your arms out straight and rub your palms rapidly back and forth at least 100 times, as fast as you can.
Then drop your head, knees straight, to as close to the floor as you can. Use one hand at a time to tap the opposite side of the body, slowly straightening up to touch all parts. Repeat with the other hand, dropping your head as before.
Then start evaluating what you need to evaluate.
GETTING INTO A STATE FOR THINKING
Nutrition
Eat protein as it amps up the system. Eat protein first in any meal.
Avoid sugar or highly refined carbs as both cause excess insulin, making concentration very difficult.
Rest
If you're going to do higher thinking of any sort, you, of course, must be rested, as you need to focus your mind and have a free flowing mind - and to be in a higher state of resourcefulness.
A 10-20 minute nap is often very useful, so you'll feel refreshed and more centered.
Meditation is also a good alternative and/or substitute.
SETTING UP THE RIGHT STRUCTURE
It is essential to set up "thinking times", where you are clear and alert and able to focus and concentrate for a time. If you are going to err on how much time to set up, err on the high side - as shorting your thinking time will reduce the potential and actuality of your life!!!
