WHY SO LONG AND DETAILED?

In order to complete, I wanted to have something that contained the whole process of what occurs to cause engagement of a belief and the resulting emotions and behaviors.  This helps create much better, higher understanding and it helps move toward completed solutions and/or plans.  And, as mentioned in How To Use The Longer, More Detailed Forms, we end up with better, more satisfying results sooner in life. 

I wanted to have the whole process down in one form for the completion to be effected, but also it allows me to extract pieces and different formats that might work in less complex situations or with less complex beliefs.  I am aware that those who are not trained in completion and rigorous thinking may balk at the effort involved, despite the huge payback from those efforts.


WHICH THOUGHTS/BELIEFS DO I SELECT FOR THIS FORM?

For the greatest payback, I would process the beliefs according to their priority ranking in terms of impact.  Often those are the Core Beliefs.

HOW DO I GO FROM THE OLD BELIEF TO A NEW BELIEF?

Simply create the opposite is one good answer.
