HAVE YOU ACTUALLY DONE YOUR HOMEWORK?

I have noticed that a number of people believe they have used the affirmations process adequately "a number of times" and that they know all the proper criteria.

The problem is that most people's knowledge is not sufficiently deep.

And there is good reason for that, in that the treatment of it in books and magazines is watered down to have the process be simpler and more likely to be done.  And those goals are fine, if that is all that can be accomplished.

THE GOAL:  A DRAMATIC, WORTHWHILE SHIFT!

But while this site supports you doing at least a little something, we do not pretend that that is enough to attain a dramatic shift in one's life.

And, it is my intent to help create a dramatic shift in the lives of 1,000,000 or more people.  I hope you are one of the first to lead the way and to help the others along.  (Recall that all participants are asked to "pay it forward" to at least three other people.  I don't know that I could do it without your help, though it may be possible.)

WHAT IT WILL TAKE

If you've tried affirmations a few times and have not changed your life significantly, you are less than 5% complete if your goal is to get all you can from this process.  if you feel frustrated at not having progressed more after all these years of study and reading and doing some affirmation, that frustration is not justified, as you simply have not really done the work.

THE RELATIVE WORTH

If it took years and years to acquire and make up all those incorrect, harmful beliefs, it would seem reasonable that it might take 40 to 100 hours to undo and replace them.  And if you spent, say, 200 hours really getting it all done, I'll just bet that you would save that many hours within a year plus have at least 10 times that much in added "good feeling" hours during that year.
