Only a committed plan will formulate what I need to do and create the results I would fully choose when I am at my wisest. 

With the extra energy and the ability to direct that energy, I will not only have the highest quality feeling about life but I will also be producing much more of what I want.  The time I spend to assure that I am in excellent physical health will provide me with more than enough extra energy to produce, by far, in the remaining hours more joy and productivity than I would have otherwise thought was even possible.
