LIFE STRATEGIES AND PLANS
HAVING THEM READY TO HANDLE LIFE AS IT HAPPENS!


A life strategy or plan is a systematic way of dealing with something in life.  The way we find what strategies we need to devise and have ready is to look at what we need to deal with in life to make life work and/or to stop what causes life not to work.  Allowing the latter to continue should not be tolerated at all.  And letting oneself let a moment go by without taking the opportunities to set up ways to have life work better should be beneath our standards.

What strategies do we need, for what?  Is there any argument that justifies not forming and utilizing these as needed in life? Haven't you already devised a few of these that don't serve you?

Just change a few of the key items and you'll find that you have extra time beyond what you spend on these.
Just decide from what is already written what to revise and then commit to doing the revised strategy that will make life work better.


EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT

Calming oneself.
Centering oneself.
Grounding oneself in solid strength.
Challenging negative thoughts/beliefs and re-forming to true thoughts. (And not letting the negative thoughts persist beyond the initial noticing.
    Right-sizing threats, many to zero. - Frees up oneself to really live life!

SELF MANAGEMENT

Handling conflicting needs (eating vs. weight management, getting up to exercise, discipline)

STOP HARMFUL PRACTICES

Identify and revise asap.
Eliminate all negative conversation, including gossip, blame, and criticism, in interaction with anyone.
Elimnate all stories that justify pity or being a victim or being stuck in some way.


PHYSICAL MANAGEMENT

Rest and rejuvenation - Including sleeping well.
Health strategies
   Nutrition
   Exercise
   Body care - Including bones/skeletal/spine
